Five levels, open to every player
Every Golisimo player is in the VIP programme from the first bet. Levels 1 and 2 bring our on-site promotions and round-the-clock live chat; from level 3 you receive personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback; from level 4 a personal VIP manager takes care of you. Your level is set automatically from your activity over the last 90 days, so there is nothing to apply for.

Withdrawal limits by level
The clearest VIP benefit is in black and white in our terms: the daily and monthly withdrawal limits of clause 6.11 rise with every level.

The daily ceiling caps each single day, the monthly ceiling the total per month, and up to three requests may be pending at once (6.13). Limits may vary by location and level (6.12.1). The same rules apply at every level: wager each deposit once before withdrawing (6.8), processing within three business days (6.15).
Your personal VIP manager
From level 4 a personal manager is at your side: your own private assistant who helps you choose the bonuses that fit your play, keeps you informed about personalised offers and is your direct line for higher daily and monthly limits. Cashback increases with every deposit you make, and our multilingual support team is available around the clock at every level.
How your level is set: the 90-day rule
Your level follows from your deposits, withdrawals and bonuses over the 90 days before a withdrawal request (T&C 6.12). Play regularly and the level holds or rises; a month without bets returns it to level 1. The level decides limits, not fees.

Can I lose my level?
A month without bets returns the level to 1 (T&C 6.12); regular play keeps it.
